Gudenå Camping is beautifully situated by the river; close to the "uncovered bridge" in a scenic area just west of Horsens. Centrally located between East Jutland's historic towns - Vejle, Horsens, Silkeborg and Aarhus - the campsite is an ideal starting point for both relaxing stays and exciting adventures.
Our campsite is a little gem in the middle of nature, just a stone's throw from the calm currents of Gudenåen. Here you'll find peace, space and plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds us.
Facilities for everyone
We have a cosy café area with indoor and outdoor seating where, in season, you can enjoy a cup of coffee, a cold beer or a light meal while taking in the beautiful views. There's a new mini golf course - a fun focal point for both children and adults, as well as a petanque court and playground with a bouncy castle.
Close to the river
The campsite's large tent area is located directly on the Gudenåen river and is particularly popular with our canoe guests. Here you'll also find a cosy fire pit where evenings can be enjoyed in good company with crackling flames as a backdrop.
Safe environment for children
The manageable size of the campsite makes it easy for even small children to feel at home.
They can quickly find their way to the playground and meet new friends among the other guests.
Convenient facilities
We offer free wireless internet throughout the campsite. For our canoeists and others who want a convenient base, you can use our communal kitchen and TV room where you can eat your packed lunch or prepare a meal.
A perfect place to take a break on the road or relax after a day full of adventure.
